Using the platform

CHUHAI7 provides traffic management, landing pages, customer routing, advertising integrations and related tools. By using the platform, you accept these terms. Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access or disrupt our systems.

Plans, payments and refunds

Features and prices depend on the selected plan. Payment is due in advance for the membership period through our designated payment processors. Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Sales are final except as covered by the refund policy below.

Refund requests: Submit your request within 7 days of purchase. Services already used or consumed are not eligible for refunds. Contact support for refund inquiries.

Content and ownership

You keep rights to content you upload or create. You authorize us to use, store and display it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and its accuracy; we do not endorse or guarantee it. CHUHAI7 and its licensors retain ownership of the platform and its original materials.

Availability and account access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately, including for a breach of these terms; access rights end on termination. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for these changes, interruptions or termination.

Liability and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHUHAI7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CHUHAI7 and its officers, directors, employees and agents against claims, damages, losses, liabilities and defense costs arising from your use of the service or a breach of these terms.

Law, updates and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may revise them and will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. We determine which changes are material.
